PCB & PCBA

Circuitec is a company located in Mexico, highly specialized on, one, two and multi -layer Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) manufacturing, supporting RoHS and OSP specification. Its main manufacturing expertise is focused on appliances such as: lighting, Domestic, LED, telecommunications, instrumentation, aeronautics, automotive, between others.

The raw materials used on our manufactured products are FR-4, CEM1 and aluminum (MCPCB). The surface finishes we can deliver are: ENIG, Hard gold, Silver immersion, HASL, HASL - Lead free and OSP (copper up to 2 and 3 Oz). We have different solder mask colors such as: Green, lighting white, black, red and blue (for other colors, just under inventory availability).

We are a company focused on Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), where besides manufacturing PCB´s, we offer Through Hole (PTH), Surface-mount (SMT) and mixed assembly where our customers can deliver to us their electronic components or use the ones we merchandise, manufactured by our business partners. We have been supporting our customers on designing and manufacturing their own tailored made electronic products, supporting them to have their own engineering department for new products development; where our engineering team has supported them to develop different solutions focused on engines control, domotics, vending machines, cashing machines, electronic signals, automated parking slots, led signs, indoor marketing solutions, access control, automated lighting, between others.

We have more than 20 years of experience, supporting our customers designing and manufacturing tailored made electronic products, however, We have taken our solutions to the next step, connecting those devices to Internet, through IoT (Internet of Things) technics. 3D & CNC Services

Circuitec, offers 3D printing services for both prototypes and mid productions. We use both filament and resin printing technology, delivering finishes in materials such as resin, high-rigidity resin, PLA, ABS, flexible, and carbon fiber.

We also supply customized CNC cutting services to support our customers, so that they can make their ideas come true for both prototypes and mid productions. Our services include producing customized cases, cabinets, or engraved surfaces in materials such as carbon steel and aluminum.
